?!?

I think I had my first dream in Russian last night....?! I find it hard to believe that it was the first one after all these months, maybe just the first one I can remember.... It was nothing all that exciting, I was buying flowers from a babushka on a bus, but our conversation was entirely in Russian. What does this mean?!
