Dear readers and blog enthusiasts (a.k.a. NUNNI! hello!!!),
Sorry that I haven't been updating much recently..... honestly there hasn't been much to update about, just a lot of classes and homework and sitting outside on benches trying to enjoy the last of the sunshine and "warmth" before it becomes dark and cold forever.
I will have something exciting to update you all about later tonight though. As some of you may know, my major advisor and beloved professor, T.P. Hodge, his awesome and cool wife, Caroline, and their fantastic son (and my favorite babysitting gig) P.J. have been trying to adopt a little Russian girl for some time now and finally, finally, FINALLY things appear to be working out for them. So they are here for a week visiting a St. Petersburg orphanage and meeting the little girl who is going to become their daughter! And the best part is in two hours I am meeting them for lunch to catch up! All I can say is that this time I promise to remember to take a picture of all of us together enjoying a meal in St. Petersburg.
